Would anyone be interested in co-developing this site with me?

Things you would need would be:

• Knowledge and experience with Moodle (not necessarily technical)
• Passion for music (I think you would almost certainly be a musician, but maybe not)
• A business head (we are going to try and get this site to pay for itself, maybe even make a little money)
