At the end of July we will be relocating a number of the HRDNZ servers, including the servers used for this website. Because this involves physically moving one of the servers from one location to another there will be a complete loss of service during this process. This is scheduled to happen on Tuesday 29th July. An alternative date of Wednesday 30th July has also been identified. The plan is to complete the taking down of servers early morning, from approximately 6.00am. We will endeavour to have full service restored by midday. The primary reason for this move is to relocate this server on the main NZ internet backbone. This upgrade will result in noticeable speed increases as this site will be operating on the fastest lines/speeds currently available within New Zealand. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this period. |
